Shuttles and Automatic Doors for Automating the Forming Process

• The doors are always closed while the machine is milling, a center screen is not necessary.
• A roller blind cover behind the table plate prevents chips and cut-outs  falling below the tables.
• As the table shuttles back into the machine, the roller blind transports chips and cut-outs at it at the rear side out of the machine into an optional box or swarf conveyor.
• The motor driven tables are additional NC-axis and it is possible to move them together for big parts or alternating for two station mode.
• It is also possible to operate the machine only with a single table allowing the the other table to stay out for fixture maintenance or change.
